The official launch of PRINCE2:2009 is due on 16th June. PreSIDE V2 Released Version 2 of our tailored PRINCE2 method, PreSIDE, is now available. PreSIDE has been significantly revised to give more emphasis to Project Start-up. This is to provide greater integration and co-ordination with an organisation's programme management and strategic planning processes. In line with the recommendations of the OCG's "Tailoring PRINCE2" publication, PreSIDE greatly simplifies the adoption and use of PRINCE2, whilst remaining fully compliant with its key concepts.
